Shipping
We ship 3 times a week, within 3 days after reseving payment.
 
Insurance
We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.
You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Taxes and duties
All prices include 19% Dutch VAT that only apply to customers from the European Union.
There are no additional taxes or duties for delivery within the European Union.
For countries outside the EU we follow local regulations.
19% VAT will be deducted for orders outside the European Union,
but instead the customer will be charged for duties and tax in the destination country.
PRICCI by Priscilla Reynolds is not responsible for any foreign customs or duties that may be applied after shipment.
Please check with your local customs agent before ordering. If you decide to refuse any shipments from PRICCI by Priscilla Reynolds,
you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred
on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package.
This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
 
How to place an order?
You can place an order with pricci by Priscilla Reynolds.
by clicking on all desired items in the shop, you can enlarge and see detalialled foto's of the item.
You can find the Shopping cart at the end of the photo, and you can ad desired size.
Please inspect your Shopping cart and make any changes when it is necessary.
Once you find the shopping cart corresponding with your wishes, you may click on the “Add to cart” button,
which will generate an electronic order form listing the desired items on a secured Paypal page. Upon completion of the order form, Here you can complete your order.   

Delivery time
Some items will be made especially for you which takes approximately 1 week.
Shipping within Europe, Northern America and Australia will take another week.
Shipping to the rest of the world can take up to two weeks. You can check status
of your order whenever you want and we will inform you by email when the product is
send to you and provide you with a track and trace number.

How to Pay?
To complete a transaction you can either tranfer money directly on the acount or transfer money using paypal.

The amount payable will be debited from your account when your order is accepted by PRICCI by Priscilla Reynolds
All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we shall postpone delivery and contact you.

What is the delivery period?
All products ordered before 14:00 will be send the next day with TNT, DHL OR UPS.
Orders after 14:00 will be send the following day with exception on Fridays, these orders will be send on Monday.
We will do our upmost best to deliver in one or two days,however we are dependent on TNT or DHL in
this respect.     

Within Europe  7 working days for delivery this is for items orderd from stock.

What are the shipping costs?
The Netherlands: 10 euro
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Luxembourg, Sweden: 15 euro
Finland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland: 20 euro
All other countries: 25 euro

What happens when I am not home?
If the courier does not succeed in delivering your order at the first attempt, they will leave a message.
Unless otherwise instructed by you, the courier shall return the next (business-) day and once more leave a
message if delivery was unsuccessful. This process is repeated one more time,
upon which the courier will contact you to discuss your availability regarding the delivery. 

How to Return?
All products bought at PRICCI by Priscilla Reynolds can be returned or exchanged within seven working days upon delivery
with no additional charge. You can send an email to us mentioning your order number
and the reason for return. We will reply with a return service number and adress which you should clearly
mark on the original package.

Returns
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us for instructions.
Customized items and items made to measure can not be returned and are nonrefundable.

Returns:
The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached.
All accurately returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card excluding shipping cost.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU,
customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
In case of exchanging the item for a different size, please let us know at first contact since there will be no refund and no additional shipping costs.

Faulty items:
Products received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase are considered faulty.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible, we will repair faulty items, otherwise we will replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

Check products:
It is important to check your products immediately after receiving. Although we put most effort to send the right items,
mistake can be made. In case the item is damaged, the size is incorrect, there are no garment tags attached, you received
a different product or you did not order anything at all, please contact us immediately. We can only return these items if you
contact us within 24 hours of receiving the products.

Shipping returns
Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible,
and include a copy of your receipt. It is recommended that you ship your return via a carrier who will provide your package with
a tracking number to ensure that it does not get lost. Any and all shipping charges related to returning the package to PRICCI by Priscilla Reynolds
must be prepaid. Inaccurate or unconfirmed returns will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
